Your purchase is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with this shipping policy including additional terms and policies of this Site.

SHIPPING TIME:

We require 1 to 3 working days to fulfill your order before dispatching it. After dispatching the order, will take 3 to 7 working days in USA and 21 to 45 working days outside of USA to deliver the product. Rest assured we’ll do everything in our control to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any natural disaster, political unrest, political event and public holidays that might impact regular delivery times.

SHIPING COSTS:

Shipping charges will be calculated according to your order details and displayed at checkout. We sometimes offer free shipping for selected categories or products under promotional offer.

TRACKING ORDER:

You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to verify an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
